Welcome Back, Rick Ankiel!

You went through a lot of ****, going through that implosion on the mound, and then back to minor leagues to learn to be an outfielder. Most guys wouldn't have done that, but you did. Then you endured some serious injuries on the way back. You hung in there. And now you are back in the Majors and hit a three-run homer in your first game back. Congrats!

You just turned 28. There is still plenty of time to have a good career in MLB. Thanks for your efforts. You're an inspiration at a time when the game is mired in controversy. Keep up the good work!
